Rather than publish terms nobody has actually agreed to, here is what is already true of the product today. The full document follows before subscriptions open.
What is already true
- A child's first name, age, pronouns and interests. Never a surname, a birth date, an address or a school.
- No photographs of children, ever. The likeness in a story is drawn from traits a parent chooses.
- A child's first name, age and interests are sent to the AI providers that write and illustrate the story. The full list of those providers will be published here.
- Deleting an account deletes it: children, stories, pages, night logs, usage, the subscription, every session and the account row itself.
